On top, from the Frank Black cassette sleeve, it's a faded, washed-out version of the logo painting that's featured in the CD booklet.
The middle is a promo cover for the Frank Black LP, and on the bottom it's the Japanese cover (notice the small ad for Trompe Le Monde).
