Above is a promo poster for one one of Madonna's tours, probably The Girlie Show, in support of the Erotica.
I found the other pictures online and I'm pretty sure they're fan-made record sleeves. They're cool though, especially the one for "Justify My Love" as it uses pictures from that photo shoot that I hadn't seen before.
