Counting Backwards (1991) Throwing Muses
The Counting Backwards EP has some perfect B-sides. "Same Sun" is an odd Throwing Muses song. It sounds less like old TM and more like Kristin Hersh's future solo work. "Cottonmouth" is a fun, catchy song and a concert favorite. And "Amazing Grace" has an instrumental section at the end that goes on & on, a lot like "Hook In Her Head".
